Frank Wernecke is the founder and CEO of DroneMasters Boost GmbH, a consultancy focusing on vertical mobility and drones. He is also the founding partner of the DroneMasters Academy, which inspires kids and young adults to become tomorrow's inventors, developers, and entrepreneurs.

Adriaan Wiese is a Compliance Specialist, coming from a legal background with studies in South Africa and the Netherlands, where he pursued his interest in law and technology. He has a lifelong passion for aviation and, at the same time, a thorough understanding and experience in market research and business development, both at a local and at an international level. He has worked as the intermediary in developing business between the Netherlands and South(ern) Africa, including airport development, and he has completed research for major companies and bodies, such as Schiphol Airport and the Dutch Council of the Judiciary. He is co-founder of the company Mercury Systems B.V. which provides digital and compliance solutions to the unmanned aviation industry.

Kerim Sare is an expert on live streaming and remote operation of drones from remote locations, with a current emphasis on BVLOS. Employed by Soliton Systems for the last eight years, a Japanese technology developer of live streaming solutions for broadcast, mobile surveillance, and remote operations, Kerim is working with a range of police forces, border control, military customers, as well as newly evolving technology partners to deliver cutting edge IP low latency video streaming solutions.

Together with the Raise team, Albrecht Küchler is involved in the development of a drone that allows farmers to identify problem areas in their fields and optimize and save on the application of pesticides based on image data.

Kara Breeden is an Associate Technical Staff at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in the Air Traffic Control mission area. At Lincoln Laboratory, her works includes the development of the Next-Generation Airborne Collision Avoidance System (ACAS X) where she focused on the small UAS variant with terrain-awareness features. She also works on the AI Testbed for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM-Gym) focusing on hierarchical tactical deconfliction. Kara is an AIAA Senior Member and holds a M.Sc.Eng. in Robotics from the University of Pennsylvania.
